Returns Policy!

We offer a 45 day money back guarantee less S&H and a 10% restocking fee on all (Unopened Sealed Product) that is Authorized for return. 

Returned Products must have an RA number (A Return Authorization Number and a copy of the original invoice enclosed).  Products returned must be sealed and in the same condition as when shipped so that they can be restocked and resold.  For a Return Authorization Number E-mail us at Return Request  or Call Us at 570-524-4174  Please state what you want to return and your reason.

Your return packaging must have the Authorization Number Printed Clearly on the outside of the box or package with the original invoice inside, in order to be accepted by our return department.  Returned Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped (New, Clean and Sealed), in order for a Refund to be Issued. Return Requests after "45 Days" will not be accepted.  Refunds will be via method of original payment, (Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, or Money Order.

Once we receive the Authorized Return Items in Sealed and Resalable Condition we will issue a refund within 24 to 72 hours and send you an E-mail with complete refund information.  Your refund may post to your account quickly or it could take your credit card company or bank up to a week or so to process the credit back into your account.  This depends on your banking system.
