  Your Privacy is very important to us.  The Information Submitted at our Web Store on our Shopping Cart is for accurate ordering, shipping, and payment information.  Your personal information including your e-mail address is used in the normal way to conduct normal business through our web store.  This information is never sold, shared, or in any way or given out to others. 

  When you place an order through our Web Store using our Secure Shopping Cart look for the https: in the address bar, (top left corner), when you get to the section of our Shopping Cart asking for your Credit Card information. The https: indicates a secure coded internet transaction to our Merchant Bank for a Secure, Worry Free, Credit Card Transaction.

  When you order through our Web Store your credit card information goes directly to our Merchant Bank "Card Services International" for payment approval allowing for quick shipment of your order.  When you order this way we never see your credit card information.

  When you order by Phone or Fax. your credit card information is held by us under lock and key in our office.  We submit this information direct to our Merchant Bank through a secure coded internet connection from our office. We do not store this information on our computers.

All packages are sent with a plain address label,  and do not mention contents in consideration of your privacy.  Package Labels will have your name and address and our Company Name, Dale H. Enterprises on the shipping label, Nothing Else!  Also, your personal information from our shopping cart is always held in the strictest confidence and is never sold or disseminated in any way.
